What's your refund policy?
No refunds will be issued
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
No, your registration fee and ticket are non-transferrable.
My spouse is planning to come with me. Do I need to purchase a ticket for them as well?
Yes! Each person planning to attend Launch must purchase a ticket.
Spouses are strongly encouraged to attend Launch together.
I have a team of people coming with me. Is there any special discount?
Yes! Starting on February 1, a group rate ticket will be available for groups of 5 or more.
Are children able to attend Launch?
Yes!
Children of potential church planters, 12 years old and up, are welcome to attend Launch with their parents (No ticket required).
Childcare will be provided for children 11 years and younger.
Note: Please purchase a free Child’s Ticket for those 11 and younger at Registration.

Is there a conference hotel?
There is no conference hotel for Launch 2024.
Will transportation to and from hotels be provided?
There will be no transportation provided to and from hotels.
What is the dress code for Launch?
Business Casual | Church Attire for Friday evening
What time is registration and the start of service on Wednesday?
Registration will begin at 5:15 pm and Service will begin at 6:00 pm.
Will any meals be provided?
NAM will provide dinner after Wednesday night service, lunch on Thursday and Friday, and a commissioning banquet on Friday night for all participants.
